Immaculately clean place with great view of the ocean. Unbeatable setting in the very very nice area, close to Vancouver, and Granville Island. For tea or coffee visit Number e Food nearby.

Twenty years ago the hotel was certainly once very beautiful, now it is no longer up to date. The noise is considerable, obviously the windows do not close sufficiently anymore. The wallpapers partly peel off. It is not sufficiently modernised. The $20.00 extra charge for the parking lot upset me. On the other hand, due to the surrounding parking situation, one is forced to take it.

Well located, but not many restaurants nearby except a good Italian. The whirlpool is outside with a beautiful view. Opposite also a sun terrace
the breakfast buffet is manageable, the taste, let's not talk about it. There are scrambled eggs, waffles to make yourself no must or fruits. I've seldom eaten such a ghastly scrambled egg.

The rooms are perfect and delightful with a working AC, pullout couch, plus a king bed. Great and stunning location for exploring Vancouver with a shuttle to the downtown area.

Very good location. Nice staff.
Around the hotel there were construction sites and a busy road. The windows of the hotel are neither soundproofed nor can they be closed properly. That's why it was so loud. The gym was always totally dirty. There were no towels, no drinking water, no disinfectants.
